Step Two – We get to know you

We’ll ask you some questions about your business, your objectives, your likes and dislikes, even your color preferences.

Step Three – We make some recommendations

We’ll provide you with a complete proposal that describes what work we will complete as well as what we will need from you. We will also send links to design themes that we recommend based on your goals, the type of site you need and company or organization colors.

Step Four – You engage us to build your new web presence

You can accept our proposal digitally. Payment terms will be clearly spelled out. We’ll get the project moving shortly after acceptance and initial payment.

Step Five – Project management

The new web design project will in our collaborative project management system. Both your team and ours will be able to see milestones, tasks, files and messages related to the web design project. We will also set-up a development area for review and approval of the new website.

Step Five – Design and development approvals

Once we have all client content and files we will add it to the development site. We will simultaneously perform any necessary customization work to the design theme. The client will then approve the general design and content layout of the site.

Step Six – Production

In the production phase, we set-up the newly designed website on your domain. We move all approved production related content and purchase licenses for any stock photography. All plugins, SEO additions, and forms are be added at this time.

Step Seven – GO LIVE!

After we have completed the site build and all quality control checks, we launch the site. Training also begins after the site goes live.
